How do I put my prices on Boozewatch?

Contact Boozewatch to become a registered advertiser. Once registered, simply log on using your password and upload your CSV file. The CSV file may be created by exporting from your internal management / point of sale software etc or created in a simple excel spreadsheet and saved as a CSV file. It then can then be imported into the Boozewatch site. You simply allocate prices, publish and expiry dates together with any conditions for the sale of those products and import all of that information in one quick action.

How long does a price have to be on the site?

The minimum is two full trading days for your outlet. Once the publish date has been reached the price can not be altered or deleted to ensure authenticity of the offer to the public.

Can I book my prices in advance?

Yes simply enter the desired publish date. Multiple campaigns can be entered in advance e.g. at the beginning of a month you could enter four different campaigns where each would supersede the campaign of the previous week or period. When entering the campaigns you also enter your chosen expiry date.

How is old pricing deleted from the site?

How else can I reach the Boozewatch audience?

Please contact us to discuss banner advertising or special features included in the ongoing email price alerts. Your pricing will be included in the email alerts for your postcode.

Is advertising limited to liquor outlets?

No, other industries are welcome to contact us and may be permitted to advertise on Boozewatch providing that they are deemed by the editor of Boozewatch to be suitable to our audience.

How do I advertise liquor products that are not listed on the site eg six packs of RTD’s?

Why are there prices from my outlet displayed on Boozewatch yet I am not a Boozewatch paying advertiser?

To provide a service to its subscribers and website visitors Boozewatch at its sole discretion may publish information that is freely available in the public domain. However to guarantee that your prices are listed in the site please contact us.

How do I request for other brands or products to be added to Boozewatch?

Please contact us to discuss. Generally speaking, products will be added to the site when they are a product that is frequently advertised and in popular demand.

Why aren’t all products listed on Boozewatch?

Boozwewatch lists the more popular products and this will grow over time. The main driver will be current popularity in the market and subscriber demand. It is envisaged that Boozewatch may expand to cover additional categories of products.
